Zach Bosle, Transforming Ag
Zach Bosle is a sixth-generation farmer, entrepreneur, and innovator from Hastings, Nebraska. With a deep-rooted passion for agriculture and a drive to empower others, Zach has made significant strides in the industry.
He founded Hastings Ag in 2020, where he successfully sold over 1,600 pieces of agricultural machinery, generating more than $100 million in sales.
In 2024, he launched Tractor Tuesday, a revolutionary online auction platform that eliminates the middleman, allowing farmers and equipment owners to auction their machinery with no seller’s commission and a capped buyer’s premium.
Zach also champions student-athletes from farm and ranch backgrounds through his Farm Athletes initiative. Originally Zach used the program to partner with NCAA talent via Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) deals, but he has since transformed the organization into a nonprofit providing scholarships. Combining his love for sports, agriculture, and technology, Zach continues to disrupt the industry while honoring his rural heritage.
